1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HardwareScores, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
HardwareScores provides a customer feedback platform including QR code-linked feedback forms, satisfaction scoring dashboards, and email notifications for hardware store owners and managers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One company account per business entity.
4. Billing
After your 14-day free trial, the service costs $9 per month per active location. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use HardwareScores to collect sensitive personal information (SSN, health data, financial account numbers), send spam, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
6. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any feedback, scores, or business information you store in HardwareScores. If you cancel, you may request an export of your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
HardwareScores is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
